Finding the space you don’t see

Variation’s key strength is to identify spare resources, particularly space, within the LSPs which might match our customers’ needs – at very competitive rates. We then act as a single ‘tenant’ to the LSP’s with access to all those pockets of space the agents don’t have and, most importantly, as logistics rather than property experts, we know how to make the deal work both for the seller and the buyer.

We discuss and design the true service requirements of our customers rather than simply responding to a property brief, and in many cases this may mean we recommend different but more efficient and cost effective solutions. At the same time, the space holders are able to drive bottom line profit improvements without taking on an army of salesmen, and feel safe in the knowledge that the customer is not being sold an unworkable solution. In any case it will not be their direct problem – since all communication and service issues will be dealt with via Variation.

As part of the service Variation also offers a Disaster Recovery Service which allows users and sellers of space alike to have the security of knowing space is available and ready to use instantly without incurring the cost of holding spare resources in reserve or paying higher insurance premiums.

The Variation service also encompasses other logistics and supply chain functions as needed by customers when they take on space. Variation will arrange the support services required within the LSP providing the warehousing or offices and can arrange wider services such as freight forwarding, national transport, international consolidation, etc, through its network of contacts and alliances.
